Eligibility for Membership
- All Kenyan citizens who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years and is in possession of a valid National Identification card or Passport; and
- Any members who qualifies under clause 6.2.2.3 as a supporter of the party.
- Any person desiring to join the Party shall accept to abide by the principles, objectives, policies, programs, directives and discipline of the Party and shall undertake to abide by this Constitution and rules made herein and shall not be a member of another Political Party.
- All members shall read and sign Party’s Code of Conduct before being admitted to the Membership of the Party.
- The Party shall establish, maintain, and keep an official membership register in accordance with the law, which shall contain, in respect of each member, identification details to include; region of origin, ethnicity, gender, disability status, and county of residence.
- The Party shall ensure the continuous, accurate, and timely updating of the membership register to reflect new registrations, resignations, suspensions, expulsions, and any other changes in membership status.
